摘　　要：高职高专医学院校承担着为基层医疗卫生机构培养人才的重任,探讨高职高专医学院校隐性德育资源的开发和利用,对指导高职高专医学院校的思想政治教育工作和人才培养具有重要的意义。Vocational medical colleges shoulder the responsibility of training medical talents for the basic health service organizations. This paper explores the development and utilization of implicit moral education resources, which will have a great significance on talents cultivation as well as the ideological and political education in vocational medical college.
