摘　　要：提升大学生就业竞争力是解决好大学生就业问题的重要环节,加强学生社团建设对于提升大学生就业竞争力具有重要的作用。通过对高校社团提升大学生就业竞争力的积极作用及当前高校社团建设存在问题的分析,对社团建设促进大学生就业竞争力提升的途径进行了探讨。To enhance students＇ employment competitiveness is of vital importance for college graduate employment, and association - building plays an important role in enhancing students＇ employment competitiveness. This paper first rn~!.es a discussion on the positive roles of association - building at colleges and universities in improving students＇ employment competitiveness and problems existing in building associations, and then explores approaches to build association for enhancing students＇ employment competitiveness.
