摘 要:设计不同的反射板曲线方案,建立了不同反射板的红外线炒菜锅物理分析模型,应用TracePro软件对反射板的光学性能进行计算,分析其反射红外光效果,得到复合抛物线直线型是新型的红外线炒菜锅的理想反射板曲线.对复合抛物线直线型曲线进行优化设计,分析各种参数的变化对其反射效果的影响,根据实验结果选出了一组最优参数,构成的复合抛物线直线型反射板,可使玻璃锅的光强分布形态最佳,主要集中在锅底的中间部位,从而获得最大光强值及较大光强平均值.In this paper, by designing different curves of reflective plate, we made a physical analysis model of infrared rays woks with different reflective plates and calculated the optical properties of the reflective plate with TracePro software. Through analyzing the effect of reflected infrared light, we found that linear compound parabolic was an ideal curve of reflective plate for new type of infrared rays woks. By optimizing the design of the compound parabolic linear curve, and analyzing the influence of the reflection effect with changes in various parameters, we selected a set of optimal parameters based on the experimental results,which constituted the linear compound parabolic re- flector plate, and had the best light intensity distribution pattern, concentrating in the intermediate portion of the bottom of the pot, with maximum light intensity value and comparatively large light intensity averages.
