摘　　要：追求设备的本质安全,除了从预防角度加强管理,还应做到有备无患,即使发生人为误操作或设备故障,也能避免事故或把事故控制在可接受范围内。同时对新投入使用设备的安全性要作科学评估,把风险排除在设备投用之前。For the equipments＇ intrinsic safety,besides improving the management from prevention view,it is also very important to make sure that after misoperation or equipment fault the accidents could be avoided or controlled in an acceptable level, and the new equipment＇s safety should be evaluated scientifically, excluded risks before the new equipment is put into operation.
