摘 要:对研究室保藏、无拮抗作用的菌种大豆根瘤菌R12和磷细菌S7进行不同的培养处理,根据生物量及解磷量的变化,探讨二者间相互作用的效应。试验共设5个处理:R12单独培养,S7单独培养,(R12+S7)混合培养,(R12+S7单独培养后的除菌上清液)混合培养,(S7+R12单独培养后的除菌上清液)混合培养,定期测定活菌数和解磷量,结果表明,R12和S7对彼此的生长有不同的促进作用,混合培养下R12为优势菌株活菌数增加明显,S7的活菌数增长幅度较小,但对S7解磷量,混合培养和加R12单独培养后的除菌上清液较S7单独培养高出23.6%和27.8%,由此推测S7单菌解磷能力有所提高。Non-inhibition Rhizobium strain(R12) and phospho-bacterium strain(S7) preserved in the laboratory were treated with different culture,the interaction effects of both strains were investigated according to the changes of biomass and phospho-solution amount.The experiment was set five treatments: R12 single culture,S7 single culture,(R12 + S7) mixed culture,(R12+S7 sterile supernatant after single culture) mixed culture,and(S7+R12 sterile supernatant after single culture) mixed culture,then regularly determined for their live cell and phosphorus solubilized amount.The results showed that R12 and S7 had different catalysis on their mutual growth.Under mixed culture R12 was dominant strain and its live cell increased remarkably,while the live cell of S7 increased within a fairly narrow range.As for the amount of S7 solubilized phosphorus,the one from mixed culture and the single culture with R12 sterile supernatant raised respectively by 23.6% and 27.8% higher than the single culture,inferred thereby that the phosphorus solubilizing capacity of S7 alone rose to some extent.
