摘 要:研究黄柏等10种中草药对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抑菌作用及黄柏和甘草对MRSA的质粒消除作用。采用牛津杯法测定中草药对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用;逐个检出法测定黄柏和甘草对临床分离的MRSA多重耐药菌株的质粒消除作用。结果显示,在10种中草药中,黄柏和甘草对MRSA的抑制作用最好,其对MRSA的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均是1 mg/mL,且抑菌效果在一定浓度范围内随药液浓度的增大而增强。黄柏和甘草对MRSA的质粒有消除作用,药物作用48 h后,黄柏和甘草对MRSA的质粒消除率分别为17%和12.2%。结果表明,黄柏和甘草对MRSA有显著抑制作用,且对MRSA的质粒有消除作用。Inhibition of cortex Phellodendron chinensis(CPC) and 10 other Chinese herbal medicines(CHM) on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureaus(MRSA) and plasmid elimination effect of CPC and licorice on the MRSA were investigated.Oxford cup method was used to detect the inhibition of Chinese herbal medicine on the MRSA.One-by-one detection method determined the plasmid elimination effect of CPC and licorice.The results showed that among 10 CHM,the inhibition of CPC and licorice against MRSA were the most obvious,both of the MIC were 1 mg/mL.CPC and licorice could eliminate plasmid of MRSA.48 h after the drug action,the plasmid elimination rates were 17% and 12.2%,respectively.Therefore,CPC and licorice had significant inhibitory effect and the plasmid elimination effect on MRSA.
