摘 要:采用微生物拌种剂进行拌种处理和田间小区对比试验,研究微生物拌种剂在田间的应用效果。结果表明,使用微生物拌种剂可促进玉米根系发育,增加玉米株高、植株干物质积累和百粒重,出苗率提高4.6%,增产4.2%。试验结果为微生物拌种剂的推广应用提供了科学依据。The developed microbial seed dressing agent(MSDA) was adopted to carry out seeds dressing management and comparison experimentations in the field plots in order to study its application effects in the fields.The results showed that,using the MSDA could promote the maize root development,increase its plant height,increase dry matter accumulation and hundred-grain weight;the rate of emergence increased by 5.1%,the dry matter accumulation increased by 5.5%,and the production increased by 4.5%;the experimental results provided a scientific basis to the generalized and practical application of the MSDA.
