原发性肠系膜肿瘤的CT诊断及漏误诊分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肠系膜肿瘤的螺旋CT表现,分析漏误诊原因,以提高对肠系膜肿瘤的认识和CT诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的8例肠系膜肿瘤CT表现。结果:8例研究对象中,其中淋巴管瘤1例,纤维瘤2例,间质瘤2例,淋巴瘤1例,脂肪瘤1例,1例血管瘤。误诊3例,漏诊1例。结论:薄层增强CT扫描并三维重建,结合全消化道钡餐造影,能明显提高肠系膜肿瘤的诊断准确率及漏诊率。Objective：To explore primary mesenteric tumor spiral CT manifestations,and to analyze leakage misdiagnosis reason,in order to improve the understanding of mesenteric tumor and CT diagnostic level.Methods： To retrospectively analysis CT performance of 8 cases with mesenteric tumor confirmed by surgery pathology.Results： In the 8 cases,there were 1 case of lymphangioma,2 cases fibroma,2 cases interstitial tumo,1 case lymphoma,1 case lipoma and 1 case hemangioma.Misdiagnosis in 3 cases and missed diagnosis in 1 case.Conclusion： Thin layer enhanced CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction,combined with the whole.
