摘 要:制备了改性淀粉基生物质胶粘剂,并探讨了淀粉糊化温度、制造人造板工艺条件等因素对改性淀粉胶粘剂胶合强度、耐水性和固化温度等性能的影响。结果表明:淀粉经过糊化处理后,制造的胶合板胶合强度提高;随着糊化温度从55℃升高到65℃时,制造的胶合板胶合强度逐渐提高;进一步提高糊化温度,制造的胶合板胶合强度明显降低;调胶时加入豆粉能明显提高胶合板的胶合强度;制备胶合板的较佳工艺参数是热压温度130℃,热压压力1.0MPa,热压时间70s/mm,单面涂胶量为180 g/m2,制备的胶合板胶合强度为0.85MPa,能够满足(GB/T17657-1999)标准中Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。The modified starch-based biomass adhesive was prepared and the effects of gelatinization temperature and hot pressing process conditions on the property of plywood were studied in detail. The results showed that the bonding strength of plywood significantly improved, which was prepared by modified starch adhesive after dextrinization processing. The bonding strength of plywood increased gradually during the temperature raised from 55 ℃ to 65 ℃ and then decreased as the temperature further increased to 70 ℃. The bonding strength of plywood increased when added soy meal flour to modified starch adhesive. The optional processing prepared plywood was under the following variables: hot- press temperature of 130℃, hot-press pressure of 1.0MPa, hot-press time of 70s/ram, and the ingle-side adhesive usage of 180 g/m2 ,and the bonding strength reach 0.85 MPa, which could meet the interior plywood requirement of China National Standard(〉0.7 MPa, GB/T17657-1999).
