摘　　要：高级量测体系增值服务是建设智能用电的重要内容。分析了电力企业和用户对开展增值服务业务的应用需求,提出了用电服务网络信息查询、用电辅助决策、智能家居自动控制、自助购电服务、电动汽车充放电控制、分布式电源接入、安防服务、公共及商业信息发布等增值服务业务模式,从高级量测体系建设和实际应用角度出发,详细阐述了增值业务服务模式的内容和作用,并指出了高级量测体系增值业务的发展趋势。The value-added service of advanced metering infrastructure is an important part to build smart electricity. It firstly analyzes the application needs of electric power enterprises and users for value-added service business. Electricity service network information inquiry, electricity aid decision making, smart home automation control, self-service electricity purchase, electric vehicle charging and discharging control, distributed power generator access, security, public and commercial information dissemination and other valueadded service business models are presented. From the angle of building and applying advanced metering infrastructure, it describes the contents and functions of value-added service business models. At last, it pointed out the development trends of value-added service of advanced metering infrastructure.
