摘　　要：中央政治局集体学习制度是中国共产党在长期实践中形成的一项重要的学习制度,是建设学习型政党的重大实践创新。建设学习型政党,领导发挥带头作用是关键所在,运行机制规范合理是根本保证,学习内容广泛有现实针对性和前瞻性是核心,创新学习方法是根本途径。团队学习可增强集体的智慧和凝聚力。dAbstract： The collective learning system of ~he Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a very important learning system formed in the long - term practice, a major innovation in building a learning party in practice. Leaders＇ leading role is the key; a reasonable standard of operation mechanism is a basic guarantee; it is the core to have pertinence and prospe,ctive in extensive learning con tent. innovative methods of learning is the basic way; team learning can enhance the collective wisdom and cohesion, which is to construct a learning party.
