摘  要:以美洲黑杨为亲本,组成6个杂交组合,对获得的子代群体当年实生苗进行生长性状和锈病感染情况调查,结果表明:6个家系的苗高均成近似正态分布,而地径则为非正态分布,基本集中在5~9 mm;家系间苗高和地径皆存在极显著差异(P<0.01),6个家系苗高均值为107.14~143.35cm,地径大小从7.23 mm到8.38 mm,长势最好的ZS8×2-7组合中苗高和地径均值分别超过长势最差的2-2×2-38组合的33.80%和15.91%;6个家系对锈病均表现为部分抗病、部分感病,感病指数为18.81~71.59,ZS8×2-33组合表现为高感,2-2×2-9则表现为高抗。The growth characteristics and resistance to rust populations of 6 cross-hybridizing combinations were observed b suhs of the statistics and analysis showed that the seedling disease of the 1 -year old saplings from progeny y taking Populus deltoides as the parental. The re- height of all the 6 families was approximately in normal distribution, whereas the basal diameter was not in normal distribution, which was concentrated within 5 -9 mm. There were extremely significant differences both in height and basal diameter among the families (P 〈 0. 01 ). The mean height of the 6 families was from 107.14 cm to 143.35 cm, and the mean basal diameter was from 7.23 mm to 8.38 ram. The average seedling height and basal diameter of the best cross-hybridizing combination ZS8 × 2 - 7 was respectively 33.80% and 15.91% higher than those of the worst cross-hybridizing combination 2 -2× 2 -38. Regarding the resistance to rust disease, some progenies of each family were resistant, whereas some other proge- nies were prone to it, and the mean infection index of the 6 families to rust disease was from 18.81 to 71.59. A- mong the 6 families, the ZS8 × 2 -33 cross-hybridizing combination was more susceptible, while the 2 -2× 2 -9 cross-hybridizing combination was highly resistant.
