摘　　要：国内某钢厂利用现有脱磷站进行脱锰工艺试验，采用合理的加料制度以及适当的吹氧强度，控制温度在1300—1400℃，炉渣碱度〈1时，可以将铁水中的锰降低到0．05％-0．1％，满足低锰钢种7台炼要求。The demanganisation process design is studied by the existing dephosphorization stations in some domestic steel, and the reasonable feeding system and top-blowing oxygen strength is adopted to control the temperature between 1 300 ℃and 1 400 ℃, and R〈 1, the manganese content in hot metal is reduced to 0.05%-0.1%, which meets the requirements.of the low manganese steel.
