摘　　要：新疆分裂与反分裂的斗争由来已久,境内外"三股势力"从未停止过对新疆地区的渗透破坏活动。近年来,在国际和周边国家政局动荡的影响下,"伊扎布特"极端宗教势力开始向新疆地区渗透、蔓延,并在全疆各地宣扬宗教极端思想,妄图通过"圣战"建立所谓的"哈里发"国家。在一段时间以来,"伊扎布特"组织在新疆尤其在喀什地区迅速传播和蔓延,其违法犯罪活动十分猖獗。"伊扎布特"在喀什地区不断组织各类非法宗教活动,利用信教群众朴素的宗教感情,向他们灌输"圣战"思想,实施各种分裂破坏活动,给国家安全、民族团结和新疆地区的社会稳定造成了极大的危害。The struggle between split and anti split in Xinjiang is long standing. ＂Three Powers＂ with in and outside the territory have never stopped their permeation and damage activities to Xinjiang region. In recent years, influenced by the political unrest of international and neighboring countries, the extreme reli gious force ＂ Hizbut Tahrir＂ began to permeate, extend to Xinjiang region, and propagate extreme religious thought throughout Xinjiang, trying in vain to establish the so called ＂ Halifa＂ countries by ＂jehad＂. For some time ＂Hizbut Tahrir＂ had spread and extended rapidly in Xinjiang, especially in Kashi area, their illegal and crime activities were very rampant. ＂Hizbut Tahrir＂ had been unremittingly organized all kinds of illegal religious activities, made use of the masses＇simple religious emotion to hammer ＂jehad＂ thought in, applied all kinds of split and stability of Xinjiang damage region. activities, causing extreme danger to national safety, national uniting, and social
