摘　　要：少数民族地区经济社会发展有赖于观念的更新和资源的利用。信息网络条件下各少数民族应充分利用科技进步所提供的赶超机遇,采用各种信息手段,向世人展示自己的独特文化和资源禀赋,以此助推民族地区经济社会实现跨越式发展。The economic and social development in the minority concentrated area depends on updating of ideas and utilization of resources. Under the information and network conditions, the ethnic minorities should take full advantage of the chance brought by scientific advancement, and by all kinds of information means to show their particular culture and resources nature, so as to push the economic and social development in the minority cottcentrated area.
