摘  要:针对溢油量较少或风浪较大情况下,收油机回收溢油含水率过高的问题,本文设计了准密闭结构的气浮式溢油分离装置,并以胜利油田某海上采油平台原油为研究对象,通过中试试验考察了溢油分离装置在无溶气、溶气和溶气加摇摆三种条件下,对厚度分别为1mm、3mm和5mm油膜的回收效果。结果表明:不同条件下微气泡的引入均能提高溢油回收效率,特别是对厚度为1 mm薄油膜,三种条件下回收溢油的含油率分别为7.7%、94.3%和91.3%,溢油回收效率提高了约12倍,显示出该装置具有良好的油水分离效果和抗风浪能力。For the emergent disposal of oil spill, a fast oil recovery technology is the key of the emergency field. For the purpose of solving the high water content problem which exists in the recovery product of oil spill by me chanical recovery methods in the condition of less oil spill or lager waves, this paper designs an oil spill separation e quipment with quasiclosed structure based on flotation method, takes the crude oil from the offshore production of Shengli Oilfield as the study object and investigates the recovery effect for the oil film with the thickness of 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm under three situations: (1) without microbubbles; (2)with microbubbles; (3) with microbubbles and swinging. The results of the pilot scale experiment show that the high and efficient separation of oil spill is a chieved when the microbubbles are introduced into the equipment under the three conditions. In particular, for 1 mm oil thickness,the oil content of recovery products is 7.7 %, 94.3 % and 91.3 % respectively, and the recovery efficiency increases by about 12 times. The results show that the equipment has good effect on oil and water sepa ration and great ability of resisting wind and waves.
