内网计算机违规外联防范技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：违规外联是国家电网公司直接考核的信息安全指标,是信息泄密的重大隐患,杜绝违规外联是保障公司信息安全的重点工作。文章分析了违规外联发生的原因,阐述了控制网卡、蓝牙和3G设备的技术原理,介绍了冀北范围内首例违规外联防范系统的设计方案,并对系统实施后的效果进行了分析,结论表明系统达到了杜绝违规外联事件发生的效果。Illegal outreach is an information security index directly assessed by SGCC, and also is an important risk of information leakage. Thus to completely eradicate illegal outreach is a key work to ensure enterprise information security. This paper analyzes the causes of illegal outreach, expounds the technical principle of controlling network interface card, Bluetooth and 3G equipments, introduces the design solution of the first illegal outreach prevention system in the north of Hebei province and analyzes its application effects. The results show that the system gets its expected effect.
