摘　　要："十七大"和新医改方案都明确提出公立医院要回归公益性,公立医院回归公益性已经成为全社会关注的热点问题。本文通过对公立医院公益性内涵的界定,分析公益性缺失的原因,以昆山市第一人民医院公益性的实践为例,探讨公立医院公益性的回归途径。The 17th National Congress of CPC and new reform of health system propose clearly to return to public welfare in public hospitals,return to public hospitals in public welfare has become a hot issue of social concern,this article based on the definition of public hospitals,analyze the reason of the absence of public welfare,take The First People＇s Hospital of KunShan city as an example to investigate the regression approach of the public welfare in public hospitals.
