摘 要:本文采用邻二甲苯氧化的复合反应动力学模型分析了固定床反应器的参数灵敏性和失控行为 ,并与该反应的简单反应动力学模型的研究结果作了比较 ,发现二者间有显著的差别。本文还考察了固定床反应器对冷却介质流量和进口温度的灵敏性 ,发现反应器对冷却介质流量和进口温度的改变极其敏感。因此对于强放热反应过程 ,考虑反应器对冷却介质的流量和进口温度的参数灵敏性对反应器的设计和控制是必要的。Parametric sensitivity and runaway behavior in fixed bed reactors has been analyzed using complex reaction kinetics model for orthodimethylbenzene oxydation.The results are compared with those obtained by simple reaction kinetic model for orthodimethylbenzene oxydation.The difference between sensitivity behavior of different kinetic model is significant.At the same time,the sensitivity behavior of fixed bed reactors with respect to cooling medium flow rate and inlet temperature variations of cooling medium has also been examined.It was found that in certain circumstances fixed bed reactor becomes extremely sensitivity to small changes of cooling medium flow rate or inlet temperature of cooling medium.It is therefore very necessary to consider the sensitivity of fixed bed reactors to cooling medium flow rate and inlet temperature variations of colling medium for design and control of highly exothermic catalytic gas phase reactions on an industrial scale.
