摘　　要：分析探讨高铬铸铁模球的生产工艺。对磨球工艺的各个步骤进行详细的分析与阐述,同时针对此过程中的问题进行必要的分析,再针对问题提出一些解决措施。试验表明,磨球机按照上述改进工艺后,破碎率更低,工艺也较为简洁,材料费用更低,耐磨性更好。Analysis of production technology of high chromium cast iron mould ball.A detailed analysis of the various steps of grinding ball technology and elaboration,and carries out the necessary analysis to solve this problem in the process,and then puts forward some measures to solve the problem.Experiments show that,the improved process of ball mill,crushing rate is lower,the process is simple,material at lower cost,better wear resistance.
