摘　　要：远程在线声发射检测实验台能够实现对存在预制缺陷的试验压力容器进行自动注水加压,并在一定压力值下保压进行声发射检测和应力应变测定试验。实验台的动力控制系统采用PLC、变频器、电动机组合的方案,能够实现速度可控的自动加压过程,同时该方案还具有高可靠性、维修方便和低成本等诸多特点。The remote online acoustic emission detection experiment table can automatic inject water into pressure vessels with prefabricated defects using in test,holding pressure under a certain value to carry on acoustic emission testing and stress and strain measurement test.Experiment table power control system uses a combination of PLC,inverter,motor program,which can achieve a controllable speed automatic pressurization process,the program also has many characteristics,such as high reliability,easy maintenance and low cost.
