摘　　要：铸造用纸质浇道管是陶瓷浇道管的替代产品,该产品已于2010年10月注册为国家专利。为使该专利产品尽快转化投入生产,成立课题组进行攻关。主要介绍了纸质浇道管成型工艺流程、结构工艺设计、成型模具设计及对影响浇道管成型质量因素分析,解决了大长径比型腔纸模制品的制造难题。The paper pouring channel tube for casting is a replacement product of runner of the ceramic tube,the product has been registered in 2010 October for the national patent.In order to make the patent products as soon as possible conversion into production,establishment of task group of research.The paper mainly introduces the sprue tube forming process,structure design,mould design and influence factors of forming quality of sprue tube analysis,solves the problem of long manufacturing paper products cavity diameter ratio.
