摘　　要：结合国外部分项目的实施情况,提出基于Tetra网络的信号系统结构。根据项目的技术标准和运输需求,分析了多种运营场景,并提出有别于目前国内铁路现有信号系统(如CTCS-3级列控系统),也不同于国外应用成熟的信号系统(如ETCS-2列控系统)的列控系统解决方案。Combining with the implementation of some overseas projects, the article presents a kind of signal system structure under the Tetra network. Based on the technical standard and transport requirements, it analyzes some kinds of operational events, and puts forward the solution of the train control system, which is not similar to both domestic signal system （CTCS-3 for example） and overseas signal system （ETCS-2 for example）.
