青光眼单病种付费下医院收益及个人支付影响因素探析

摘　　要：通过对2012年12月至2013年3月期间127份青光眼医保病例的统计学分析,发现医院收益与药费、医事服务费、材料费、床位费、住院天数、护理费、麻醉费、人工器官及检查治疗费之间为负相关关系;个人现金支付与人工器官、手术费、检查治疗费、其他及年龄之间为正相关关系。所以,医院收益与医保政策、医院效率等因素密切相关,个人现金支付与医保政策等因素密切相关。Through the statistical analysis of 127 medical insurance cases of glaucoma during the period from 2012 December to 2013 April, it reveals that a negative correlation between hospital income and medicine fee, medical service fee, material fee, bed fee, length of stay, nursing fee, anesthetic fee, artificial organs, examination and treatment fee; a positive correlation between personal cash payment and artificial organs, operation fee, examination and treatment fee, other fees,and age. Therefore, hospital income is closely related with medical insurance policy, hospital efficiency ,while personal cash payment is closely related with medical insurance policy.
