愈障生血汤治疗慢性再障的疗效及对转化生长因子β_1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药愈障生血汤对慢性再障(CAA)的疗效及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法将40例CAA患者随机分成治疗组22例和对照组18例,治疗组在对照组应用环孢素、十一酸睾酮、细胞刺激因子为主的治疗基础上加用愈障生血汤综合治疗,治疗后对疗效和TGF-β1水平下调效果进行比较。结果治疗组明显进步率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血红蛋白水平和血小板计数与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组TGF-β1水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论愈障生血汤对CAA有较好临床疗效,可有效促进造血功能恢复,且能有效降低血小板生成细胞———骨髓巨核细胞负性调控因子TGF-β1水平,从而更好地促进血小板的生成。Objective To i nvestigate the impacts of Yuzhang Shengxue Decotion on Chronic Aplasitc Anemia（CAA） patients and transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1）.Methods 40 CAA patients were randomly divided into treatment group（22 cases） and control group（18 cases）.Both groups were treated with ciclosporin,testosterone undecanoate and CSF plus treatment group was added Yuzhang Shengxue Decotion.Curative effects and impacts on TGF-β1 were evaluated after treatment.Results Compared with the data of the controls,improvement rate of treatment group was higher and inefficiency rate was lower after treatment;the differences had statistic significances（P〈0.05）.Hb and BPC of treatment group significantly increased and were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment TGF-β1 of treatment group dropped dramatically（P〈0.05） and was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yuzhang Shengxue Decotion has good clinical effects on CAA as it can promote hematopoiesis and reduce the expression of negative regulator of megakaryocytes（TGF-β1） and therefore stimulate thrombocytopoiesis.
