壮医理筋手法结合经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医理筋手法结合经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用经筋结合火针疗法治疗,3 d治疗1次,6次为1疗程,两个疗程后评价疗效;对照组采用火针治疗,治法、疗程同前。运用McGill简化量表评分,测定患者疼痛分值,并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组,且差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后McGill简化量表评分,腰痛评分都有所下降,治疗后两组比校差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论理筋手法结合经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observ e the clinical effects of Zhuang Medical massage combined with fire needle on 80 lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients.Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（80 cases） and control group（80 cases）.The treatment group was treated with Zhuang Medical massage combined with fire needle and the control group was treated with fire needle treatment.Treatment was given once every 3 days.A treatment course had 6 times.Efficacy was evaluated and compared after 2 courses between 2 groups.The simplified McGill scale was used to determine the pain score of patients before and after treatment in both groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group;the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The scores of McGill scale were improved in 2 groups and the data of treatment group were better than those of the controls;the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Zhuang Medical massage combined with fire needle therapy has good clinical curative effects on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
