摘　　要：通过调查问卷、实地走访的方式,了解郑州市既有居住建筑节能现状,重点调研建造年代和层数、建筑朝向、建造结构形式、采暖降温方式、居民能接受的节能方式和建筑外围护结构情况等。在调研的基础上,考虑郑州市地理位置和气候特征,提出适合郑州市既有居住建筑外墙、外窗、屋面和采暖系统的节能改造措施。Energy-saving development of Zhengzhou is investigated through questionnaires and scene researching on existing residential buildings, involving in construction year and layers, building orientation, building structure, heating and cooling mode, available and afford-able energy-saving methods and building envelope. It proposed energy-efficient retrofitting measures of external wall, window, roof and heat-ing systems for existing residential buildings in Zhengzhou, considering local geographical position and climate characteristics.
