摘 要:以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为萃取剂,苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯大孔树脂(HZ830)作载体制备出TBP浸渍树脂.研究了该浸渍树脂在氯化物介质中吸附铁(Ⅲ)过程中盐酸浓度、氢离子与氯离子的浓度以及萃取剂的含量等对吸附性能的影响.通过树脂对吸附铁(Ⅲ)的化学计量数的研究发现铁(Ⅲ)与浸渍树脂中萃取剂的结合方式为HFeCl4·2TBP.基于铁(Ⅲ)在氯化物介质中的存在形式和铁(Ⅲ)被浸渍树脂中萃取剂吸萃的结合方式,可以得出:铁(Ⅲ)在氯化物介质中被吸附是萃取剂、盐酸及树脂共同作用的结果.Trialkyl phosphine oxide (TBP) was used for the impregnation of styrene-divinylbenzene maeroporous resin(HZ830) to prepare an impregnated resin. During adsorbing Fe( III) from hydrochloric me dium with this impregnated resin, different parameters affecting the adsorption properties and mechanism of Fe ( Ⅲ ) such as the concentration of hydrochloric acid, hydrogen ion and chloride ion were analyzed. The stoichiometry of the adsorption Fe ( Ⅲ ) investigated by impregnated resin was found to be HFeC14 2TBP. Based on the existence form of Fe ( Ⅲ ) in chloride medium, impregnated resin, Fe ( Ⅲ ) adsorption process could be hydrochloric acid and resin. and the combination of Fe ( Ⅲ ) with TBP in the regarded as the result of combined action of extractant,
