摘  要:目的探讨冠心病(CHD)合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清线粒体偶联因子-6(CF6)的水平变化及意义。方法选取经冠脉造影确诊CHD合并CHF者53例(CHF组),且进一步按照NYHA心功能分级分为心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级亚组;同期纳入心功能正常者30例作为对照组,分别采用放免分析法测定CF6水平,电化学发光免疫分析法测定脑钠肽(BNP)水平,比较各组间上述指标的差异。结果与对照组相比,CHF患者血清CF6和BNP浓度均较高,且随心力衰竭程度的加重而增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清CF6和BNP与心力衰竭及其严重程度相关。Objective To discuss the content changes and significance of serum mitochondrial coupling factor-6 (CF6) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicating chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods The CHD patients (n=83) diagnosed by coronary angiography (CAG) were chosen, among them 53 with complication of CHF were further divided into subgroups of grade Ⅱ, grade m and grade IV according to the heart function grade of NYHA. The patients (n=30) with normal heart function were chosen as control group. Results Compared with control group, the content of serum CF6 and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were higher and increased as the aggravation of CHF (P〈0.01). Conclusion The content of CF6 and BNP are related to the degree of CHF.
