摘  要:为满足超高压140MW凝汽机组冬季高背压供热和全年经济运行的要求,采用"双背压双转子互换"方式对低压缸通流部分进行改造。在采暖期使用动静叶片级数相对较少的低压转子,使凝汽器高背压运行,在非采暖期使用原设计配备的低压转子,使凝汽器低背压运行,利用液压拉伸螺栓实现了新、旧转子的完全互换。改造后,高背压供热工况下机组具有较好的热效率、发电煤耗等经济指标,机组全年加权平均发电煤耗优于超超临界1000MW机组。In order to meet the requirements of the high backpressure heating in winter and annual economic operation for the ultrahigh pressure 140MW condensing unit,the double backpressure dual rotor swap is proposed to transform the flow passage of low-pressure cylinder.The low pressure rotor with relatively small dynamic and static blade stages in heating period is used to make the condenser high back pressure operation;the low pressure rotor of original design in non-heating period is used to make the condenser low back pressure operation.The hydraulic tensile bolt is utilized to realize completely interchangeable for the old and new rotor.After transformation,the unit has good hear rate and coal consumption economic indicators in high back pressure heating conditions,and the annual weighted average coal consumption is better than the ultra-supercritical 1000MW unit.
