摘　　要：由聚醚 ,甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI) ,二羟甲基丙酸 (DMPA)等为原料制备水性聚氨酯乳液胶粘剂。在DMPA用量不变的情况下 ,研究了R值即nNCO/nOH值的改变对乳液性能的影响。结果表明 ,R值的改变对胶膜的吸水率、力学性能、热稳定性等均产生重要的影响。An Aqueous polyurethane emulsion was prepared from polyether glycol,diisocyantotolucl(TDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) etc.The effects of R value(n CON /n oh ) on the properties of emulsion were determined at fixed) DMPA content.Results show that the change of R value has important effects on hydroscopicity,mechanical and thermal properties of emulsion-cast film.
