摘 要:为定量研究我国半干旱沙区生物结皮及下层沉积物的理化性质特征,对毛乌素沙地南缘沙区生物结皮及下层沉积物理化性质进行了测定。结果表明:(1)生物结皮层细颗粒物含量随生物结皮的发育呈增加的趋势;(2)结皮及下层(0-20cm)沉积物容重随生物结皮的发育呈减少的趋势;(3)不同类型生物结皮下层(0-30cm)沉积物机械组成有差异,呈苔藓结皮下层沉积物中细颗粒含量最高,黑褐色藻结皮次之,浅灰色藻结皮最少的特点;(4)生物结皮层有机质、全氮、全磷含量和pH值随生物结皮的发育呈增加的趋势;(5)不同类型生物结皮下层(0-20cm)沉积物中有机质和全氮含量呈减少的趋势,全磷、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量的垂直变化规律不明显。To understand quantitatively the effects of biological crusts on subsurface sediments in semi arid sandy area,physicochemical properties of biological crusts and subsurface sediments in southern edge of Mu Us desert were analyzed.The results indicated that the fine particulate matter at crusts layer increased with development of biological crusts.Bulk density of crusts layer and subsurface(0-20 cm) sediments increased with development of biological crusts.Mechanical composition of subsurface(0-30 cm) sediments had differences in different types of biological crusts,and contents of fine particulate matter was maximum in moss crust,took second place in pitchy algal crust,and it was minimum in light-grey algal crust.Contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and pH value increased with development of biological crusts.Contents of organic matter and total nitrogen of subsurface(0-20 cm) sediments under different types of biological crusts were decreased,but vertical variations of available nutrition in subsurface sediments were not obvious.
