摘 要:"学生学习成果评估"已成为美国高等教育质量保障的重要手段,为大学回应多方问责、赢得社会支持发挥了积极的作用。其历史演进大致经过以下五个阶段:口试、论文等早期综合考核;标准化考试源起;通识教育和研究生教育评估;测试机构快速发展和大学内部学习评估改革;回应外部问责。"学生学习成果评估"在历史演进中的"实况"及其特征可以帮助我们更加全面、准确地理解美国高等教育中的这一质量保障方式,为我国改进大学教育质量保障体系提供有益的启示。Student learning outcomes assessment has been the important means of quality assurance in American higher education,which has played an important role for universities in responding the external accountability and obtaining the supports of the whole society. Its transformation evolved through five stages as follows:early comprehensive assessment including oral exam and research paper, the origin of standardized tests of learning, the assessment of learning for general and graduate education, the rapid development of test providers and the assessment reform in the universities, and the era of external accountability, We cottld accurately understand student learning outcomes assessment by its transformation and character that can affect on improving the mode of quality assurance for Chinese universities in the future.
