品管圈活动支持对改善老年失智患者照护质量的效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探索品管圈活动支持对改善老年失智患者照护质量的效果评价。方法：以2010年10月至2012年10月在我院干部病房住院的老年失智患者共110例为研究对象，其中2010年10月至2011年10月的50例仅给予常规护理，未给予“品管圈”活动支持为对照组，2011年11月至2012年10月的60例给予品管圈活动支持为试验组。比较两个组患者基本参数差异和住院期间不良事件发生率、家属对照护者照护的满意度。结果：两组患者基本参数差异无统计学意义，试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组（P〈0．01），家属对照护的满意度高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：开展“老年失智患者照护质量”为主题的品管圈活动，为老年失智患者照护提供了系统性的护理知识、操作技能和情感支持，对老年失智患者的照护质量起到了积极、有效的作用。OBJECTIVE： To explore the effect of quality control circle activity support in the improvement of the quality the care among the patients with senile dementia. METHODS： 110 patients suffering from senile dementia were enrolled. 50 cases received routine nursing only and 60 cases were treated by quality control circle activity support. In two groups of patients fundamental parame- ters difference, the adverse events of experimental group and the satisfaction of patients＇ family members were compared. RESULTS. The adverse events happened in experimental group were lower than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The satisfaction of the family members in experimental group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were no statistically difference in the fundamental parameters between two groups. CONCLUSION： Quality control circle activities can provide systemic nursing knowledge, operating skills and emotional support. And it can improve quality of care among patients with senile dementia.
