摘 要:通过对RF有机气凝胶进行炭化,成功地制备了具有纳米网络结构的炭气凝胶。系统考察了炭化条件及溶胶-凝胶过程条件对炭气凝胶性质的影响,并对所得的炭气凝胶进行了TEM表征。Carbon aerogels were prepared by carbonization of RF organic aerogels. The effects of carbonization variables and sol-gel process conditions on carbon aerogels' properties were investigated. It was found that the main factors affecting the properties of carbon aerogels are carbonizing temperature and the properties of RF organic aerogels. The resulting carbon aerogels were characterized by TEM. The carbon aerogels have the structural entities (i.e., cells, pores, particles) smaller than 100nm. The solid phase is composed of particles with diameter about 10nm. The pores' size is typically smaller than 50nm.
