分段凿岩阶段矿房采矿法在武平紫金公司的应用

摘　　要：悦洋银矿自建矿以来一直采用浅孔留矿采矿法进行回采,井下形成了大量的空区,给矿山生产带来了极大的安全隐患,且残留大量高品位矿体。为了合理、高效、安全地回收这些残矿,并结合改扩建工程建设,悦洋银矿开展了分段凿岩阶段矿房嗣后充填采矿法工业试验。详细介绍了采矿法试验采场结构参数和工艺过程,工业试验取得了采矿损失率9.5%、采矿直接成本34.4元/t的很好技经指标,并为矿山井下大规模采矿积累了经验。Shallow-hole shrinkage method has been long used in Yueyang silver mine since its establishment.As a result,large amounts of goafs are formed bringing threats to safe production and a lot of residue ores with high grade remain.In order to recover these residues in a reasonable,effective and safe way,an experimental study of the application of sublevel rock drilling and stage room mining technology was carried out associated with the reconstruction and extension project.The paper in detail introduced the structural parameters in the test and the technical process.The experiment achieved satisfactory results with the technical index,including a low dilution rate of 9.5 % and a cost-effective input of 34.4 yuan/t.The test accumulated much experience for real underground mining in the mine.
