摘  要:研究一种银、锑、铋、铅杂质含量较高的粗金粉提金工艺。该工艺主要通过水溶液氯化、水解除杂、草酸还原、深度除杂等工序来实现。对该工艺进行优化试验,结果表明:水溶液氯化过程温度控制在85~90℃,体系酸度3 mol/L,液固比5∶1;水解过程体系的pH=1.0~2.0,草酸还原时体系pH=1.0~1.5,最终能够产出满足国标IC-Au99.99中标准要求的金粉。The paper researches gold recovery from coarse gold powders with high content of silver,antimony,bismuth and lead.This craft was achieved through processes such as aqueous chlorination,removal of impurity by hydrolyzation,oxalic acid reduction and intensive removal of impurity.Optimization toward the process was carried out,the result shows that gold powders meeting national standard IC-Au99.99 can be obtained,when the temperature in the process of aqueous chlorination is controlled in the range of 85~90 ℃,system acidity is 3 mol/L,the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,system pH value in the process of hydrolyzation is between1.0~2.0,and system pH in the oxalic acid reduction process is between 1.0~1.5.
