摘  要:采用UP 213 Nd:YAG固体激光剥蚀系统和X Series 2型ICP-MS,以NIST610为外标,Si为内标,分析了3个不同标准锆石样品GJ-1、Pleovice和Qinghu中元素的组成和分布。建立的方法分析USGS玄武岩标准玻璃样品BCR-2中的34种元素时,分析结果相对误差<10%的有22种元素,>25%的只有2种元素,相对标准偏差<10%的有31种元素。3个不同标准锆石样品微量元素测定结果表明:各锆石样品的微量元素变化范围较大,从Hf在Pleovice锆石样品中的最高值26 099μg/g到La在GJ-1样品中的最低值0.007 7μg/g,相差可达7个数量级;总体上Qinghu锆石样品中的各元素含量都明显高于GJ-1和Pleovice样品;3个锆石样品的稀土元素球粒陨石标准化曲线也显示了不同的轻重稀土元素分异和Ce、Eu的富集异常;但对于单一锆石,其配分模式相似,这同时也表明所测数据的准确性。A method of UP 213 Nd:YAG solid laser ablation inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS,Thermo Fisher X-Series 2) using NIST610 as external standard and Si as internal element was established and employed to analyze the composition and distribution of elements of three different zircons,GJ-1,Pleovice and Qinghu.The method was applied to analyze one basalt standard glass(BCR-2,USGS) with the result showing that the relative errors of 22 elements are 10 %,2 elements are 25 %,and the relative standard deviations of 31 elements are 10 %.The analysis results indicated that the concentration of trace elements in three zircons covered a wide range,from the Hf's highest value of 26 099 μg/g in Pleovice zircon to the La's lowest value of 0.007 7 μg/g in GJ-1 zircon,which showing that the gap of concentrations covers seven orders of magnitude.On the whole,Qinghu had significantly higher concentration than GJ-1 and Pleovice.Rare earth element chondrite-normalized curve of three zircons showed different distribution patterns,including different LREE and different enrichment of Ce,Eu,while the distribution pattern was similar for single zircon,which also validated the accuracy of the measured data.
