摘  要:研究了Nb-Mo、V不同成分体系对NM500超高强度耐磨钢板组织与性能的影响。结果表明,通过降低精轧温度,实现未再结晶轧制,得到平整钢板,两种成分体系的NM500耐磨钢板经不同温度回火,随着回火温度的升高,钢板韧性得到改善,但强度和硬度呈先增后降趋势。在200℃回火,两种成分体系的试验钢可获得优良的综合力学性能。Influences of Nb-Mo, V different composition alloying on microstructure and properties of NM500 ultrahigh strength wear resistant steel plates were studied. The results show that, through reducing the finishing rolling temperature to realize the unrecrystllization rolling and further to get the deformed fiat plates; and for NM500 wear resistant steel plates with two kinds of composition tempered at different temperatures, with the increase of tempering temperature, the impact toughness is improved, while the strength and hardness are first increased and then decreased. When the tempering temperature is 200℃, the tested steels with two kinds of composition can obtain excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
