摘　　要：用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机在高温下对09MnNiDR钢进行单道次热压缩试验,研究了变形温度和应变速率对该钢动态再结晶的影响,计算出峰值应力与临界应力、峰值应变与临界应变的关系,并建立了试验钢动态再结晶热变形模型、流变应力模型。Single pass hot compressing test of 09MnNiDR steel was carried out at high temperature by using Gleeble-3800 thermomechanical simulator. The effect of deformation temperature and strain rates on the dynamic recrystallization process was studied. The relationships of peak stress and critical stress, peak strain and critical strain are calculated. The models of thermal deformation and flow stress of the tested steel are also built.
