摘 要:试验研究了加热温度、保温时间和炉内气氛中废气含量对65 Mn钢脱碳行为的影响规律。结果表明:在相同试验条件下,随着加热温度升高,65 Mn钢脱碳层深度呈先增加后降低,1250℃时脱碳敏感度最高;随着加热保温时间的延长,脱碳层深度呈逐渐增加趋势;随着炉中CO2含量的增加脱碳层深度增加;随着O2含量的增加65Mn钢的脱碳层呈先增加后降低的趋势,O2含量在4%时脱碳层达到峰值为0.271 mm;随着H2O量的增多脱碳层深度逐渐增厚;在加热气氛中,CO2含量脱碳作用强于O2;其中,加热温度是影响脱碳层组织的最主要因素。The influence of heating temperature, heating time and the waste gas of atmosphere in the furnace on decarburization behavior of 65Mn steel was studied. The results show that when the experimental conditions are the same, with increase of heating temperature, the deearburized layer thickness of 65Mn steel is increased first and then decreased, the deearburization sensitivity of 65Mn steel is the highest at 1250 ℃ ; with the increase of the holding time, the thickness of decarburized layer is increased gradually; with the increase of the CO2 content, the thickness of decarhurized layer is increased gradually ; with the increase of O2 content, the thickness of decarburized layer is increased first and then decreased, when the content of O2 in 4% , the peak of decarburized layer is 0. 271 ram;with the increase of the H2O content, the thickness of deearburized layer is increased gradually; the content of CO2 decarburization sensitivity is stronger than the O2 content decarburization sensitivity, the heating temperature is the main factor to affect decarburization layer structure.
