摘  要:在二次一体化及无人值班的前提下,探讨了重新审视变电站站控层体系架构的必要性,提出了以智能远动机为核心、用监控终端代替当地后台、消除信息孤岛、变电站数据统一出口的站控层体系架构,论述了智能远动机和监控终端的功能定位以及相互间的关系,对变电站和主站之间的数据模型图形转换技术、变电站出站协议、订阅发布与源端维护、高级应用在智能远动机的实现等关键技术进行了讨论。On condition of unmanned system and secondary integration, the necessity of taking a new look at the substation control layer architecture is discussed, and the control layer architecture is put forward. It is proposed that, with the smart gateway device as the core, the monitor terminal should be used to take the place of the local backstage, the isolated information problem be solved and unified remote transmission of all substation business data ensured. The functional orientation and the relation between smart gateway and monitor terminal are presented. And such key technologies as the graph data model conversion between the substation and master station, substation remote transmission protocol, registration and publication, source maintenance, and realization of advanced applications in the smart gateway are also discussed.
