摘 要:饲料中添加锰可提高畜禽的生长发育和繁殖性能。为筛选能够提高辽宁绒山羊母羊免疫性能的最适日粮锰水平,本研究选择体况良好,体质量相近(34.16±0.90kg)的2.5岁母羊60只,随机分为4组,各组基础饲粮一致,锰补饲量分别为0、20、40、60mg.kg-1 DM,测定母羊空怀期、妊娠1个月和妊娠4个月血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)含量,以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性。结果显示,补饲锰不影响血清ALT、AST活性和采食量,可增加体质量。空怀期补饲20mg.kg-1 DM锰组血清ALB含量显著高于基础饲粮组(P<0.05),血清TP含量显著低于其余3组(P<0.05),补饲锰组血清IgM含量显著高于基础饲粮组(P<0.05);妊娠4个月补饲40mg.kg-1 DM锰组,其血清TP、IgA、IgG含量显著高于基础饲粮组(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,空怀期补饲锰20mg.kg-1 DM(日粮锰水平60mg.kg-1 DM),妊娠期补饲锰40mg.kg-1 DM(日粮锰水平80mg.kg-1 DM)对提高辽宁绒山羊母羊免疫性能的效果较好。The purpose of this study was to evaluate and improve immune performance of I.iaoning cash-mere by sifting the optimum level of dietary manganese. 60 healthy 2.5-year-old Liaoning cashmeres with similar body weight (34. 16±0.90 kg) were used, and evenly divided into four groups at random. The cashmeres in each group were fed with basal diet and supplemented with manganese of 0, 20, 40, and 60 mg·kg^-1 DM, respectively. Blood samples were taken to determine the contents of albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) and the activities of AST and ALT in the serum of Liaon-ing cashmere during non-pregnant period, 1 month and 4 month of pregnancy. The results showed that, adding manganese had no effects on activities of AI.T, AST and VFI, and could increase body weight. The serum contents of ALB in 20 mg·kg^-1 DM manganese group were significantly higher than that in basal diet group, the serum contents of TP in 20 mg·kg^-1 DM manganese group were significantly lower than that in the other three groups, the serum contents of IgM in supplementing manganese groups were signifi-cantly higher than that in basal diet group during non pregnant period (P〈0.05), and the contents of TP, IgA, IgG in 40 mg·kg^-1 DM manganese were significantly higher than that in basal diet group in 4 month of pregnancy (P〈0.05). It is concluded that dietary supplementation with manganese at 20 mg·kg^-1DM (dietary manganese level is 60mg·kg^-1 DM) during non-pregnant period and at 40 mg·kg^-1DM (dieta-ry manganese level is 80 mg·kg^-1 DM) during pregnant period can effectively improve immune perform- ance of Liaoning cashmere.
