摘  要:军用飞机的机械系统附件修复后,能够在短时间内恢复其作战能力,而研磨是附件修复必备的技术之一。本文从附件修复的手工研磨机理入手,对粗研磨、中研磨和精研磨的磨料成分及研磨过程等进行了论述,分析了影响研磨质量的因素及附件研磨修复后质量的检验方法,并针对航空部队修理厂附件车间研磨工作的开展,在工艺卡片的制做、技术人员的培养和扩大研磨修理范围等方面提出了建议,有利于手工研磨技术在附件修复中进行推广普及,发挥其应有的作用。The repairing of aircraft mechanical systems accessories can restore their combat capacity in a short time, and grinding is essential technologies for repairing. In this paper, the ingredients of grinding material and the process of grind- ing, medium grinding and fine grinding were discussed according to the mechanics of handing-grinding for accessories repai- ring. The influencing factors of hand-grinding and the inspection of grinding quality were analyzed. The suggestion about the process of accessories grinding work at the repair shop was presented involving the composing of process sheet, the training of technician and the expanding of grinding range. The hand-grinding technology is expected to be wildly used in the repairing of accessories with more important effects.
