摘　　要：介绍了一种圆盘剪快速配刀装置。该装置利用螺纹升降原理,在一定范围内连续可调,无需反复拆装刀片和刀垫,即可完成配刀过程;通用性强,功能多样,可以调整上、下刀的侧间隙,也可以调整刀片的轴向偏摆;可以大幅度缩短安装时间,提高圆盘剪机设备的工作效率。This paper described a device of disc shear fast install blade. It uses the principle of thread lift, continuous adjustable within a certain range, shim can be completely installed without repeated disassembly and assembly blade. This device has good universality, can adjust side gap between up blade and down blade including rectifying the deflection of the blades. This device can shorten the installation time and promote the efficiency of disc shear equipments.
