摘  要:送料机构作为光纤拉丝机的关键部件,其结构性能对拉制光纤的精度和质量有着重要的影响。本文利用三维建模软件UG,建立了送料机构的实体装配模型;并采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对其进行模态分析,得到了固有频率和振型。同时研究了固有频率对送料机构的影响,找出了使其发生振动的薄弱环节。本文为避免其出现共振现象,并为制造出优质光纤提供了参考依据。Feeding mechanism is a key component of the fiber drawing machine, its structural properties have an impor- tant impact on the accuracy and quality of the drawn fiber. In this paper, the feed mechanism entity assembly model was built by three-dimensional modeling software UG, at the same time, its modal analysis was calculated according to finite ele- ment analysis software ANSYS Workbench, so that the natural frequencies and vibration models were obtained. It has been studied that the influence of the natural frequencies to feeding mechanism and weak links which makes it happen vibration were found out in order to avoid the sympathetic vibration of the machine, as well as provide the basis for the manufacture of high-quality optical fiber.
