摘 要:怠速不良是电控发动机维修中较为常见的故障之一,有多种表现形式,包括怠速不稳、怠速熄火以及冷车和热车怠速不良等。造成怠速不良的原因较多,常常是几种原因综合引起的。目前,尽管大多数的汽车都有故障自诊断系统;但也会出现汽车有故障时,自诊断系统却显示正常代码或显示与故障无关的代码的情况。如果诊断思路不正确,会延长修理时间,降低工作效率。本文基于长期的实践,对此类故障进行了摸索和总结,详细分析了导致发动机怠速不良的原因,并对如何检测和排除怠速故障提出了建议。Idle fault is one of the common failures in electronically controlled engine maintenance, it has a variety of forms including unstable idle, idle flameout, poor cold idle, hot cars idling fault and so on. The reasons that cause idling fault are often complicated. Nowadays, most cars have fault self-diagnosis system, but it often shows the normal code or displays fault-independent code when the car in bad conditions. Wrong diagnostic ideas will extend the repair time, reduce work efficiency. The paper based on the long-term practice, explored and summarized this kind of fault, analyzed the rea- sons that caused poor engine idle, and proposed recommendations about how to detect and clearing idling fault.
