摘　　要：为改善滤棒过程控制精度,在实验研究基础上,对测试数据分组后进行统计分析,确定滤棒质量指标的均值控制域.结果表明:采用数据分组的方法可有效降低随机效应的影响;利用CPK值和回归分析可以确定滤棒质量指标控制域;控制域范围内的滤棒质量显著优于滤棒质量的整体水平.To improve the process control accuracy of filter rod, a large number of test data was obtained by experiments, statistical analysis was carried out after grouping test dada and CPK value was introduced to define the quality control domain of filter rod. The results showed that the method using data packets could effectively reduce the random effects ; CPK value and regression analysis could be used to determine the filter rod quality indicator control domain;The filter rod quality within control domain was significantly better than the overall level.
