摘　　要：右心室功能的改变对多种心脏病的生存率及预后起重要作用,而右心室容积的变化是评价右心室功能的一个重要指标。在众多测量右心室容积的技术中,心脏磁共振成像具有良好的时空分辨力和图像质量,是测量的"金标准"。超声心动图因无创、简便安全和易重复等优点,已成为临床常用的方法。该文就目前右心室容积测量的影像学方法作一综述。The change of right ventricular function plays an important role in the survival rate and prognosis of heart disease.To assess the right ventricular function,changes of right ventricular volume is an important index.Among all of the right ventricular volume measurement technologies,cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is the gold standard because of its good time and space resolution and image quality.Echocardiography has become a common method in clinical,with the characterstics of non-invasive,convenient,and easy to repeat.Here is to make a summary of imaging measurement methodology of right ventricular volume.
