摘　　要：随着腹腔镜技术的发展,腹腔镜已经广泛应用于临床疾病的诊治。由于其创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点而深受广大患者的欢迎。因肝脏特殊的生理功能和解剖结构,所以损伤后果严重。目前,腹腔镜肝切除术在微创外科中的应用也日渐成熟,其安全性也越来越得到肯定。腹腔镜肝切除术在多种疾病的治疗中有其自身的特点,该文就腹腔镜在肝脏外科疾病的治疗、手术方式和技术应用等方面予以综述。With the development of laparoscopic techniques,laparoscopy has already been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Because of their small trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay,they are welcomed by the majority of patients.Due to the liver special physiological function and anatomical structure,the consequences of the injury are serious.At present,laparoscopic liver resection application in minimally invasive surgery has become more matured,and its safety is also more and more be sure.Laparoscopy has its own characteristics in the treatment of many diseases,and here is to make a review of laparoscopy in the treatment,surgical approach and technology applications of liver surgery.
